The debris fell on the railway track near pole number 159/21 of Ghaghar river near Brahma Baba bridge due to rain, they said.

"At 3 am, the goods train was going from Chunar railway station to Chopan station. Due to the turn on the railway track, the driver could not see the debris, as a result four wheels of the engine of the goods train got stuck in the debris and came off the track and the train stopped there," said an official.
