Lucknow: All India Muslim Personal Law Board Vice-President and famous Shia cleric Maulana Kalbe Sadik said here today that even if apex court’s order about disputed land in Ayodhya comes in favour of his community, then also the land should be handed over to Hindus. “I think leaving land of mosque for temple will connect crores of hearts. So I wish that land should be handed over to the Hindus” he said.
Shia cleric said that it is not the matter of Hindu-Muslim, but its a matter of the country. However, Shia Waqf Board had also said that temple should be constructed at the disputed site and mosque could be constructed at any land of high Muslim population. (UNI)
