Pastor Bajinder Singh, known for viral 'Mera Yeshu Yeshu' video, has been booked for sexual harassment in Punjab's Jalandhar district.

A woman filed a complaint alleging that Singh took her mobile number and started sending messages after she and her parents began visiting the church in October 2017.

From 2022, Singh allegedly made her sit alone in a cabin in the church on Sundays and allegedly hugged and touched her inappropriately, she told the police.

The police have registered a case against Singh under sections 354 A (sexual harassment), 354 D (stalking), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.

Who is Pastor Bajinder Singh?

Pastor Bajinder Singh is an Evangelical Christian pastor based in Punjab, India. He's the founder of The Church of Glory and Wisdom and has gained popularity for his claimed miracle healings and large prayer meetings.

Born on September 10, 1982, in Yamunanagar, Haryana, Singh was raised in a Hindu Jatt family but converted to Christianity after meeting a priest in jail, where he was serving time for murder.

Singh's ministry has several branches in Punjab, and he's known for holding massive prayer meetings, often featuring public performances. He's also gained a significant social media following and has been endorsed by celebrities like Chunky Pandey and Aditya Pancholi.

However, Singh has been involved in controversies, including a rape case in 2018, where he was accused of sexually assaulting a woman volunteer from Zirakpur, Punjab.
