Jabalpur:At least 10 labourers were killed and several others injured, when their bus overturned near Nichi village this morning, police said. The bus was carrying the labourers to a farmhouse in Bhedaghat when the mishap occurred. Later, the ambulance conveying the injured to the hospital also lost control and came off the road.
However, no one was killed in the second incident. The injured were then sent to hospital by another transport. 'While eight labourers died on the spot, two others succumbed during treatment. A few injured are stated to be critical,' said Additional Superintendent of Police Sooraj Verma. (UNI)
