112 flights, 69 trains delayed due to fog in Delhi

New Delhi: Delhiites today witnessed colder and foggier day with the minimum temperature settling at 9.5 degrees Celsius, affecting train and flight services in the city. According to the latest bulletin issued by the Northern Railways, at least 69 trains were running late, 42 rescheduled and six got cancelled.
 

The flight service in the city were badly affected. As many as 112 flights were delayed and two got cancelled due to fog. The maximum temperature declined slightly from yesterday's 24.3 degrees C to 24.0 degrees C today. The weather office has forecast dense fog in the morning tomorrow. The maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 25 and 10 degrees C respectively. (UNI)
