17-yr-old youth stabbed and set ablaze in Bihar’s Gopalpur

Gopalganj: In a heart wrenching incident, a 17 year old youth Anup Kumar, son of one Rampravesh Maddheshiya was stabbed to death and then was set ablaze at Sangwadih village under Gopalpur police station area here on late Tuesday night.
According to police, knife, bottles of liquor, Matchbox and some other incriminating goods were recovered from the place of occurrence.
Meanwhile the irate villagers protesting against the incident demonstrated along with the half burnt body of the victim.

Gopalganj SDPO Sanjeev Kumar intervened and convinced the agitating people. Later the body was sent for Autopsy at Sadar Hospital. Reason behind the incident was being investigated. No arrest has been made so far in connection with the incident. (UNI)
