New Delhi: Rail services in the national capital were affected this morning due to foggy weather conditions. At least 54 trains were running late and 12 got rescheduled because of poor visibility, leading to trouble for the commuters. The flight services remained largely unaffected.
However, the minimum temperature rose by three notches from yesterday's 7.8 degrees Celsius to 10.5 degrees Celsius today, bringing some respite for the Delhiites. The national capital recorded 6.6 degree C as its lowest minimum temperature of the season so far on December 19. An official of the IMD here said the maximum temperature is likely to settle at around 21 degrees C. (UNI)
