9 suspected sleeper cell operatives of ISIS detained in Maharashtra

Aurangabad: In the backdrop of Republic Day, Maharashtra ATS detained nine persons from Mumbra and Aurangabad on suspicion of having links with ISIS.However, ATS have not yet confirmed about the action.

In a joint action ATS Mumbai and Aurangabad team detained four persons from Aurangabad and five from Mumbai, and were interrogated till late last night.The ATS initiated the action as per the intelligence agencies input that sleeper cells are active in both Mumbra and Aurangabad.(UNI)
