New Delhi: A day after Aam Aadmi Party MLA form Okhla, Amanatullah Khan alleged that Kumar Vishwas was trying to 'split' the party, Mr Khan tonight resigned from the party's Political Affairs Committee (PAC).

His resignation comes close on the heels after several legislators of the party today demanded his sacking over allegations against Mr Vishwas. "I have resigned from the PAC post. I stand by my words. Mr Vishwas is working for BJP and RSS," the AAP MLA said. Amanatullah Khan said, "I have apprised Arvind Kejriwal about the matter, but he didn't listen to me. He will realise soon." (UNI)
