New Delhi: Cracking the whip for his salvo against senior party leader Kumar Vishwas, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today suspended its Okhla MLA Amanatullah Khan from the party's primary membership. The decision was taken at the Political Affairs Committee meeting chaired by party Convener Arvind Kejriwal and attended by Mr Vishwas.
A committee has been formed by AAP to hear the issue. This was announced by Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia after the meeting. Talking to the reporters, Mr Sisodia said that Mr Vishwas has been made the party's in-charge for the forthcoming Rajasthan Assembly polls. (UNI)
