ATS arrests 2 ISI agents from Faizabad, Mumbai

Lucknow: After arresting an ISI agent from Faizabad, Anti-Terrorist Squad(ATS) of Uttar Pradesh police arrested another ISI agent from Mumbai, tonight. Earlier in the day ATS had arrested Aftab Ali from Faizabad from whom the ATS had seized several maps if army establishment and phone call record and chat with other agents. 

Aftab had also link with officials of Pakistan embassy and he also went to Pakistan for training. ATS IG Aseem Arun said here that Altaf Bhai Quereshi, a native of Gujarat, was arrested from Mumbai, with the help of Maharashtra ATS. He said Altaf was involved in hawala trade and had sent money to Aftab to Faizabad. The police team has also recovered over Rs 70 lakhs in cash from Altaf. The IG said more arrest are expected in this ISI racket. (UNI)
