Bhushan terms “Lord Krishna” as Legendry eve teaser, FIR filed

New Delhi: Delhi BJP spokesperson Tajinder Pal Bagga today filed a complaint against noted lawyer Prashant Bhushan for calling Lord Krishna a 'legendary eve teaser'. The complaint was filed in Tilak Marg Police Station after the former Aam Aadmi Party leader said in a tweet, 'Romeo loved just one lady while Krishna was a legendary eveteaser.

In his complaint, Mr Bagga stated that by terming Lord Krishna a 'legendary eve teaser”, Mr Bhushan has intentionally insulted and outraged the religious feelings of the Hindu community. He also demanded immediate registration of an FIR against the noted lawyer under Sections 295-A, 153, 153-A, 504 and 505 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr Bhushan in a series of tweets said, 'My tweet on Romeo brigade being distorted. My position is: By the logic of Romeo Brigade, even Lord Krishna would look like eve teaser. 'We have grown up with legends of young Krishna teasing Gopis. The logic of Romeo squad would criminalise this. Didn't intend to hurt sentiments,' he said. However, Delhi police has not filed any FIR yet, in connection with the matter. (UNI)
