Bukhari, Sajad congratulate Naveed for scoring 99.23 % marks in JEE-Mains without 4G internet

Srinagar: President of Apni Party (AP) Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari and Peoples Conference (PC) head Sajad Gani Lone on Sunday congratulated Naveed-ul-Amin who scored 99.23 per cent marks in JEE-Mains.

Lone, who was a minister in Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) coalition government from the quota of Saffron party said truly commendable despite no 4G internet service available to children of Jammu and Kashmir.

Congratulating the 19-year-old youth Naveed-ul-Amin, a Kashmiri boy, Bukhari on Sunday said the youth of Jammu and Kashmir are highly talented and have proved their mettle time and again.

In a statement issued here, Bukhari said Naveed has shown the way forward to the youth and has made J&K proud.

“Naveed’s accomplishment should inspire the boys and girls of J&K to compete in similar competitive examinations at the national level. And I hope that our youth will work hard to achieve success to secure their future,” Bukhari observed.

Hailing Naveed for his outstanding success, Bukhari said the boy who despite his difficult circumstances has proved beyond doubt that with dedication, ability and competence the local youth can do wonders in competition. The family of Naveed also deserves kudos and I wish the boy best of luck for all his future endeavours.

Bukhari hoped that Naveed’s feat would motivate more Kashmiri youths attempting and clearing the national level competitive examinations every year. “This exemplary achievement has come after many of our brilliant youth qualified UPSC exams recently. This is despite the fact that our youth have braved all odds including lockdown and lack of high speed internet services,” he added.

Former minister said the turmoil and instability had hurt the confidence and self esteem of J&K youth who simply wanted a change, a new strategy and a favorable atmosphere to fulfill their dreams and carve a niche in their respective fields. “I hope the J&K government will take initiatives to channelize the immense potential of J&K youth and review its anti youth policies like banning 4G internet,” AP president remarked.

High speed 4 G internet service of all Cellular companies remained suspended in  Jammu and Kashmir since August 5 last year when Centre abrogated Article 370 and 35 A besides divided the erstwhile state into two Union Territories (UTs). (UNI)
