Chhattisgarh: Explosion at Ambuja Adani cement plant while filling Nitrogen gas in cylinder, 6 injured

Balodabazar: Six people were injured in an explosion while filling a cylinder at the Ambuja Adani cement plant in Chhattisgarh's Balodabazar district, police said on Friday.
 
The incident took place when the cylinder was being filled at the plant. During this time, when the gas was filled excessively, the cylinder exploded.
 
Six people present there at the time were injured, two of whom are in critical condition. The injured have been referred to Raipur for treatment. The other four are undergoing treatment at a hospital in Ambuja.
 
The incident took place at Ambuja Adani Cement Village in Rawan, under the Kotwali police station area.
 
According to the information received, the blast occurred while filling nitrogen gas in the cylinder in the mines of Ambuja Adani Cement.
