Delhi Court issues NBW against Liquor Baron Vijay Mallya

New Delhi: A Delhi court today issued a non-bailable warrant against liquor baron, Vijay Mallya, in a FERA violation case, after noting that he has no intention to return to India. Patiala House Court Judge Summit Das issued the fresh NBW against Mallya.
 

"The businessman has no intention to return to India," the judge said and issued fresh NBW against him. The Supreme Court also hears the pleas of several banks, including that of the SBI for recovering more than Rs 8000-crore from him. (UNI)
