Farmer dies of heart stroke due to drying crops in MP

Sheopur: Unable to bear the sight of his paddy crops – cultivated over 13 ‘bigha’ land – drying in the absence of rainfall in the last fortnight, a farmer suffered a fatal heart attack at his farm at Unchakheda village last evening, police said. 

Deviram Meena (59) was also reeling under a debt of Rs 2 lakh.
