New Delhi: Foggy weather conditions persisted in the national capital today affecting train services, leading to trouble for the commuters.The minimum temperature had seen a sharp decline yesterday.Today, it settled at 8 degree Celsius.
However, train services in the city have been affected due to the prevailing fog conditions.As many as 12 trains were rescheduled and 52 Delhi-bound trains were running late.
