Former cricketer Zaheer Khan, wife Sagarika offer prayers at Maa Chinmastika Temple in Jharkhand

Ramgarh: Former team India pace spearhead Zaheer Khan along with his actress wife Sagarika Ghatke on Tuesday offered obeisance at Maa Chinmastika Temple located in Rajrappa of this district.

Zaheer along with Sagarika performed the rituals inside the temple for 15 minutes amid chanting of vedic mantras.

The Puja was performed by priest Popesh Panda.

The district administration tightened security in an around the temple premises for the cricketer’s visit.

After performing the Puja, the couple happily posed for photographs with their fans.

The priests said the Zaheer and his wife had come to Ranchi for a private function and later decided to offer prayers at the temple. (UNI)
