Godman Rampal convicted in two cases

Hisar: A local court in Hisar on Thursday convicted Satlok Ashram Barwala head Rampal in two cases related to the death of five women and a child in the Ashram in November 2014.

Rampal was produced before the district and sessions judge D R Chalia in a special court in the central jail-1 here. In the first case related to the death of four women and a child (15) accused including Rampal were convicted and in second case of death of a woman Rampal along with 13 other accused was convicted.

The quantum of punishment will be decided on October 16 and 17.Police had filed two cases of murder against Rampal and other accused.(UNI)
