Himachal Pradesh: 'Brave' young man loses leg while rescuing 2 kids about to be hit by train

Shimla: A young man lost a leg at the PGI Chandigarh a day after he suffered major injuries while saving two kids about to hit by a moving train on Tuesday.
 
Additional Superintendent of police Railway traffic and tourist Shimla informed that the youth spotted two girls near a train track in Solan about to be hit by the train.
 
Acting fast and brave, Hrithik rushed to pull them to safety. Unfortunately, the train hit him before he could get clear babies, leaving him with serious injuries to his legs.
 
He was rushed to Zonal Hospital Solan from where he was taken to PGI Chandigarh. Doctors did everything they could but had to make the tough decision to amputate one of Hrithik's legs to save his life.
