Srinagar: A Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) militant was arrested by security forces this morning in south Kashmir district of Pulwama, official sources said here. They said on a tip-off, Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police, Rashtriya Rifles (RR) and CRPF arrested Bilal Ahmad at Palpora, Pulwama. He was wanted in some militancy related incidents. (UNI)
