Mumbai: Shiv Sena spokesperson and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Raut on Sunday took a swipe at the rebel leaders camping at Guwahati, Assam, and said they will have to return to Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Posting a photo of Deputy Speaker Narhari Jirwal, who served notices to 16 rebel MLAs on the Sena disqualification petition, Raut tweeted that the MLAs will not be able to stay in Guwahati for long and will have to return to Chowpati, Mumbai.
Meanwhile, rebel leader of Shiv Sena Eknath Shinde has formed a large group of more than 40 MLAs with Shiv Sena.
Shinde's revolt has posed a threat to the Maha Vikas Aghadi government in the state.
The ruling Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP has accused the BJP of being involved in all these incidents. (UNI)
