Hyderabad Test: India beat Bangladesh by 208 runs

Hyderabad: Team India comprehensively defeated Bangladesh by 208 runs after bowling out the visitors for 279 runs on the fifth and final day of the one-match Test series at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium here this afternoon.The visitors, who were chasing a mammoth 459 runs for victory, resumed the day 5 from 103/3 and were bundled out in another 176 runs as the spin duo of R Ashwin and R Jadeja shine again with figures of 73/4 and 78/4 respectively.

\With this win, Virat Kohli also became the third most successful India capain with 15 wins and surpassed Md Azharuddin.Earlier, Bangladesh faced an uphill task of saving the match however, the Indian bowlers dismissed the remaining seven wickets with Mahmudullah (64) being the top scorer for the visitors in the second innings.The Indian skipper was adjudged 'Man of the Match' award for his brilliant double century in the first innings of the hosts.
