Hyderabad: Woman raped and brutally killed with a bowlder by unidentified assailants

Hyderabad: A woman was subjected to a horrifying assault, raped, and brutally murdered by unidentified assailants at Nanak Ramguda, located in the city's financial district.

The tragic incident unfolded on August 25 and came to light on Tuesday.

According to the police, the victim, a resident of Gowlidoddi, entered an under-construction building to sort through old items such as iron on August 25. The perpetrators of the crime brutally raped and murdered her by using a bowlder.

The family members of the victim lodged a complaint at the Gachibowli police station when they realised she was missing on the same day. The police, upon receiving the missing person report, initiated an investigation. With the help of certain clues, the police were able to identify the deceased woman as the missing individual.

The police have launched a thorough search operation to apprehend the culprits responsible for this heinous crime. (UNI)
