IAF chopper makes crash landing near Allahabad

New Delhi: A Chetak helicopter of the IAF today made an emergency landing after it developed technical snag near Allahabad in Uttar Pradesh. The helicopter on a routine training sortie developed a technical failure.

The aircraft toppled while pilots tried to land in an uneven field. Both pilots are safe, an IAF official told UNI. A Court of Inquiry has been ordered to ascertain the cause of accident, he said. (UNI)
