Mandsaur: The session court awarded death penalty to Irrfan and Asif who raped a minor girl aged 7 in Mandsaur . The culprits namely irfan and Asif were handed a death penalty by the session court.
It is to be noted that The girl, who was raped in Mandsaur in May, had deep wounds on her face and body. A surgery was performed on her in the Maharaja Yashwantrao Hospital. She was quite critical. However, she was saved. In view of huge public outcry and demand for stringent punishment to the accused, shops and other establishments the judgement came out after 55th day of the incident.
It is the third instance when court in Madhya Pradesh has given a verdict in favour of minor rape victim in a quick succession.
