Monsoon is round the corner already!

New Delhi, May 13 (UNI) The Southwest monsoon is likely to hit the Bay of Bengal and south Andman and Nicobar Islands in the next two days.

This year the monsoon is arriving three days early as last year it had made the landfall in the Island on May 18.

IMD Director Meteorology Dr M Mahapatra said that all conditions were favourable for the arrival of the monsoon in the Bay of Bengal and Andman and Nicobar islands on Monday.

The news of arriving Monsoon may give relief to people who are being roasted alive in the scorching heat!
