More Trinamool Congress leaders in West Bengal join BJP

New Delhi: More Trinamool Congress leaders in West Bengal on Monday joined BJP in the presence of senior party leaders Kailash Vijay Vargiya, Dilip Ghosh and Mukul Roy.
Kalchini legislator Wilson Champramary joined the saffron party along with others at party headquarters here.
 
"This is a continued process....very soon you will see Trinamool Congress has lost power in the assembly," Mukul Roy told reporters here.Mr Roy said out of 18 municipal councillors in South Dinajpur - fourteen of them are with BJP. 
 
 
Even district level leader Zilaparishad Chairman Biplap Mitra also joined BJP. West Bengal unit chief of Dilip Ghosh shared the same sentiment and said today's development shows the civil body control in South Dinajpur district will be now with the BJP.
 
 
"Today ten Trinamool councillors joined BJP. Four more will join us. Henceforth we will have control over civil body control in South Dinajpur," Mr Ghosh said.(UNI)
