New Delhi: Petrol will cost Rs 2.25 less per litre and diesel Rs 0.42 per litre from midnight following a price revision by the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) today. With the change in price, one litre petrol in Delhi will cost Rs 62.51 per litre. Announcing the decrease in fuel prices, the IOC said the decreased price will included state levies and corresponding revision in the price in other states. "The current level of international product prices of petrol and diesel and INR-USD exchange rate warrant a decrease in prices, the impact of which is being passed on to the consumers with this price revision,’’ an IOC statement said.
