New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today congratulated Congress Chief Minister candidate Amarinder Singh on his party's convincing victory that coincided with his birthday. In a tweet to the victorious Congress candidate from Patiala Assembly seat, the PM said ''Spoke to @capt_amarinder & congratulated him on the win in Punjab. Also wished him a happy birthday & prayed for his long & healthy life.'' (UNI)
