Ramdev to open 'Patanjali Aavasiya Sainik school' for martyrs' children

New Delhi: Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev today announced that a 'Patanjali Aavasiya Sainik School' would be set up to provide free of cost education to the children of soldiers, who have sacrificed their lives for the country.
 


Addressing the Patanjali Group's annual press conference here, the Yoga Guru said this school will be established near the National Capital Region. The school will provide free education to one thousand children.

On his decision to set up the school in the vicinity of NCR, Ramdev clarified that most of of the soldiers from Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh sacrifice their lives at the border.

The Yoga Guru said that Patanjali Group had earlier also given assistance of Rs two-lakh to the families of security personnel who were killed in Sukma. "Within one or two years, Patanjali will be the biggest brand. Our main aim is to serve people with quality products, not making profits," Ramdev asserted. (UNI)
