Realme 9i smartphone launched in India; check price, specifications

New Delhi: Realme on Tuesday launched Realme 9i smartphone powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 octa-core 6nm processor and 33Watt Dart Charge in India.

It features 4GB/6GB LPDDR4X and 64GB/128GB UFS 2.1 storage. The 6+128GB variant comes with 11GB virtual RAM for an even smoother experience.

Priced at Rs 13,999 and Rs 15,999 for 4+64GB and 6+128GB variants respectively, Realme 9i is available in two colours -- prism blue and prism black.

Realme 9i sports a 6.6-inch ultra-smooth display with a 90.8 per cent screen to body ratio, 2412×1080 resolution, 180Hz touch sampling rate and five-level refresh rates up to 90Hz that intelligently match the different frame-rate requirements of multiple scenes, and help to improve the phone’s overall energy efficiency.

The phone comes with an AI-enabled triple camera setup in the rear comprising of a 50MP primary sensor -f/1.8 aperture and 5P lens; 2MP macro lens - f/2.4 aperture and a 2MP black and white lens. In the front, it has a 16MP in-display selfie camera - f/2.1 aperture and 5P lens.

The rear camera has the following photography functions: 50MP Mode, Night Mode, Panoramic view, Expert, Timelapse, Portrait Mode, Slow Motion, Super Text, Ultra macro and HDR. While the front camera has Night Mode, Panoramic view, Timelapse, Portrait Mode and AI Beauty.

The device is equipped with advanced dual stereo speakers that support high-resolution audio, delivering superior and high-fidelity sound.

Realme 9i has a 5000mAh massive battery. According to the company, on Super Power Saving Mode even 5 per cent of the power can deliver extended standby of up to 49.9 hours.

The dual sim phone runs on Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11 and has Bluetooth 5.0 and 2.4GHz as well as 5GHz WiFi. (UNI)
