New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday set up a three-member inquiry commission to probe the 'extra-judicial killing' of four men accused of the rape and murder of a veterinarian in Hyderabad.
A bench of the Apex Court, headed by CJI S A Bobde said, "Former SC Judge VS Sirpurkar, Retd Bombay HC judge Rekha Baldota and former CBI Director Kartikeyan will be the members of the Commission."
Chief Justice Bobde told the Telangana government, represented by former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi, that aspects of its version of events needed inquiry.

The Top Court said that the Commission will have to complete the  inquiry in six months.
It passed the order after hearing the petition filed by lawyers, G S Mani and others.
