New Delhi: Former captain of India Kapil Dev feels that Virat Kohli's form is not a cause of worry as India's performance at the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy doesn't solely depends on the Indian skipper.Kapil, whose wax figure was unveiled by Madame Tussauds here today, said, "Despite Virat Kohli's absence due to injury who didn't play the fourth and the final Test between India and Australia at Dharamshala, India won the match and the Test series.
So I feel that Team India doesn't solely depend on Kohli's batting.
" The former speedster said, "There is no doubt that Kohli's contribution to the Indian team is immense, but other team members are also contributing a lot in winning the matches for team India in the last couple of years." Speaking on defending the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy in England, the all-rounder said: "We have a good combination of bowlers and batsman, but in order to win a major tournament all team members will have to contribute then only we can win.(UNI)
