What! UP police registers FIR against Google

Shahjahanpur: Police has registered an FIR against search engine Google in connection with a derogatory comment made against Prime Minister Narendra Modi on news.

Superintendent of Police(city) Kamal Kishore said here today that the FIR was registered on a complain by lawyer Nandkishore alias Rajesh Awasthi, who said that he had seen a news in which the PM has been termed as a fool. Mr Kishore said the FIR has been registered against the director of Google under section 67 of the IT Act, adding that investigation was underway. (UNI)
