Alirajpur (MP): A video of a young woman being sexually harassed in public by two youths during a Bhagoria fair at Walpur village within this tribal-dominated district's Sondwa Police Station limits is the subject of a police investigation and has drawn condemnation from Madhya Pradesh's principal-opposition Congress.
In the video, the girl was heard screaming as men molested her one by one, and onlookers were seen recording videos with their phones instead of helping the girl.
“The incident occurred on Saturday and a complaint was lodged by the Jai Adivasi Yuva Shakti Sangathan's Mukesh Rawat. We are questioning a youngster who made the video viral in social media,” Town Inspector SS Baghel said on Sunday. (Inputs from UNI)
