New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Wednesday shifted the venue of upcoming ODI series between India U-23 and Bangladesh U-23 from Raipur to Lucknow due to incessant rain.
The five-match series, due to start on September 19 will now be held at Ekana International Cricket Stadium in Lucknow.''The series was originally scheduled to take place in Raipur, but incessant rain has led to a change in the venue'', BCCI said in a statement.
Ekana Stadium has hosted only one T20I - India vs West Indies - so far in the year 2018 when it was inaugurated.
