Neeraj Chopra, the Olympic gold medalist and world champion javelin thrower, tied the knot with Himani Mor in a private ceremony, and the couple has been making headlines ever since.

Chopra announced the marriage on his social media handles. In a post, he wrote, "I began a new chapter of my life with my family. I am grateful for every blessing that brought us to this moment together. Bound by love, happily ever after." Who is Himani Mor?

25-year-old Himani Mor is a tennis player from Sonipat, Haryana. Himani has completed her Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Physical Education from Delhi University's Miranda House. She's currently pursuing her Master's degree in Sports Management (major) from the Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire.

According to the All India Tennis Association (AITA) website, Himani's career best national ranking was 42 in singles and 27 in doubles in 2018. According to Amherst College in Massachusetts, she is an assistant coach of women's tennis.

Himani has also won gold for India at the 2016 World Junior Tennis Championship. In 2017, she took part in the World University Games after competing at the national level for Delhi University.
