Fit-again Bumrah, Shikhar back; Rohit, Shami rested for T20Is vs Lanka

New Delhi: The BCCI Selection Committee led by MSK Prasad on Monday announced India's T20I and ODI squads for upcoming home series against Sri Lanka and Australia respectively.
A fit-again Jasprit Bumrah made a return in the both the T20I and ODI squads for Sri Lanka and Australia respectively while vice-captain Rohit Sharma was rested for the T20I series versus Sri Lanka. 
 
Senior opener Shikhar Dhawan was also back in both the squads, while pacer Mohammed Shami got a break from the T20 series. India will face Sri Lanka in three T20Is from January 5, followed by three ODIs against Australia from January 14.
 
Meanwhile, Deepak Chahar who aggravated his back injury in the second ODI againstWindies, will be out till the start of next year's IPL. However, opener Prithvi Shaw, who made a comeback after serving an eight-month doping ban, will be going to New Zealand with India A.
