Basking on the blistering innings Nattakan Chantham who scored 56 out of 50 deliveries Thailand piled up a score of 150 runs for the loss of just 3 wickets. It was a mammoth score considering the inexperienced batting line up of Thailand and average score of the tournament.

After 20 overs the rain started pouring and Pakistan was not able to chase down the target set by the Thai girls. Thailand failed to win a single match yet earned respect before leaving the ICC women's T20 world cup.
