Trinidad: After a convincing victory in the second ODI, Virat Kohli led Indian team will look to clinch the three-match series against hosts West Indies, here at the Queen's Park Oval on Wednesday.
With the opening game washed out, the India lead the series 1-0 and a win in the third ODI will ensure India's dominance over the Windies, having already whitewashed the T20I champions in the shortest format.

India are on the verge of registering their ninth successive series win against West Indies while Caribbean will also look to win and level the three-match series.

In the last match, Virat Kohli continued his dominance in the 50-over format, scoring his 42nd century while Shreyas Iyer made a strong case for himself with a fluent 71 on his return.
However, all eyes will be on opener Shikhar Dhawan, who  has managed to score in double figures only once in four matches (T20Is and ODIs) against the West Indies in the ongoing tour.

Meanwhile, Pant who has the backing of the team management, especially skipper Virat Kohli will have to come out with flying colours. He threw his wicket away on numerous occasions after looking in good touch.

In bowling department, Bhuvneshwar Kumar had a great day with an impressive figures of 4 for 31 from eight overs and he look to carry on his great form in the coming matches of the tour. The likes of Mohammed Shami, K Ahmed, Kuldeep Yadav, will also look to do well for the team.

Windies will hope for an improved batting performance from their batters especially the middle order batsmen will have to bat more sensibly. Caribbean, much like they did in the World Cup, allowed their opponents to come back into the game after being in a position of strength.

Going into the final ODI, Jason Holder's men will look to lift themselves up and finish with a win, if they are to avoid slipping to No 8 on the MRF Tyres ICC Men's ODI Team Rankings.(UNI)
