NewDelhi: If you are a MS Dhoni fan, it is a piece of bad news for you as (Mahendra Singh Dhoni)! Dhoni will hardly return to the international cricket field now. The reason being the national selectors have now stood firm to replace Dhoni with another youngster who could be useful for Team India in the future.
It is reported that Sanju Samson is likely to replace Dhoni. On October 24, when the selectors will select the team for the home series against Bangladesh starting on November 3, Sanju is certain to be given a chance. It is to be noted that 3 T20 and 2 Test matches will be played between India and Bangladesh.
Apart from Bangladesh, the Indian team has to play a home series with the West Indies in December. If the selectors are to be believed, Dhoni will not be given a chance even after he is available.
However, Dhoni has kept cards close to his chest till today and never revealed either about comeback or retirement. The rumours of his retirement too makes headlines every fourth day but only Dhoni knows when he is going to hang the boot.(WD)
