Kapil Dev had a massive heart attack , undergoes angio-plasty

New Delhi:Legendary cricketer and former team India captain Kapil Dev had a massive heart attack on Friday.

He was admitted to a hospital in Delhi and underwent angio-plasty. Sources said his condition is stable. However, no official information on his health was immediately available.

Kapil Dev, the ''Haryana Hurricane.'' put India on the world map after he defeated West Indies in the 1983 World Cup final getting India its first-ever World Cup trophy.Social media was flooded with ''get well soon'' messages after the news of his heart attack spread. (UNI)
