Naina Jaiswal appointed brand ambassador of India for World Peace Day Berlin

Hyderabad: International Table Tennis Player and Youngest post graduate in Asia, Naina Jaiswal on Monday was appointed as the official brand ambassador of India for World Peace Day Berlin in association with United Nations World Peace Day.
The 20-year-old Hyderabadi is the first and only girl from India who got selected for this noble cause.The actions of World Peace Day Berlin are based on the 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations.
 
World Peace Day Berlin is a member of the German Society for the United Nations and part of the Peace Coalition 'Peace One Day', which is internationally networked in over 100 countries.
 
'World Peace Day' demonstration, a demo plus musical parade and huge rally witnessing more than 15,000 people takes place every year on September 21, the UN World Peace Day, at Brandenburg Gate, Berlin, Germany.
 
World Peace Day Berlin is an association of people who care about world peace and the commitment to do something for it.
 
On her appointment as the official brand ambassador of India for World Peace Day Berlin , Naina Jaiswal said ''I will work for the sustainable development of the United Nations, as the actions of World peace Berlin are based on the 17 goals of the United Nations. I assure that I will attend the world peace day at Berlin and also I will be available for the annual meeting.''
 
I pay my thanks to President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Michael Muller, governing Mayor of Berlin and Mr Marcus Thiele, the 1st Ambassador.
 
I'm glad and so excited to work with my associates, he ambassadors who are the eminent personalities from different parts of the world like Canada, Germany, Austria, Russia, Armenia and many more, " she added.(UNI)
