Nehra jii to retire!

Hyderabad: Veteran Indian pacer Ashish Nehra will quit from all forms of cricket. The Delhi pacer after playing the first T20 match against the Kiwis at his home ground Delhi on November 1, will bid adieu to international cricket."I have spoken to the team management as well as the chairman of the selection committee.

It can't get bigger than getting to retire in front of your home crowd," Nehra told mediapersons here ahead of the third T20I against Australia. The pacer made his International debut in Tests against Sri Lanka in 1999 taking 44, 157 and 34 wickets in Tests, ODIs and T20 respectively.

Nehra, was also part of 2011 World Cup, which India won. Recently the pacer was included in the ongoing T20 squad against Australia, but could not make it to the playing eleven in the first two matches. (UNI)
