London: India skipper Virat Kohli added another milestone in his career becoming the fastest batsman to complete 18,000 runs in just 382 innings.
Kohli reached the milestone scoring 49 runs but fell short of one runs of half century during the final Test at The Oval against England on Saturday surpassing former cricketing greats West Indies Brian Lara and India's Sachin Tendulkar who reached the milestone in 411 and 412 innings during the final Test at The Oval on Saturday.
Only three Indians - Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and Rahul Dravid - have reached 18,000 international runs.
Kohli has been consistent with his form in the series against England has amassed 593 runs in nine innings with average 65.88 with two hundreds and three fifties. (UNI)
