Yuzvendra Chahal gets engaged to choreographer Dhanashree Verma

New Delhi:Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal on Saturday announced his engagement with choreographer Dhanashree Verma, sharing pictures from his Roka ceremony.
Donned in a traditional attire, Chahal took to social media to post a photo of himself and Dhanashree and captioned the post, "We said ''Yes'' along with our families #rokaceremony''. 
 
Amid the Novel Coronavirus lockdown, Chahal had appeared in a few Zoom workshops with his lady love. 
 
A digital content creator, Dhanushree describes herself as 'Doctor, Choreographer, YouTuber, and the founder of Dhanashree Verma Company' on her official Instagram account. She had even taught Chahal a dance routine, a video of which she shared last month.
 
Wishes poured in from the cricket fraternity soon after Chahal shared happy photos from the occasion. 
 
Congratulations to you both god bless," Team India and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Virat Kohli commented on Chahal's post. 
 
"Congrats to both of you," Opener Shikhar Dhawan commented.
 
"Woohoo. Congratulations you two," wrote Chahal's fellow Indian and RCB spinner Washington Sundar.
 
"Congratulations guys," wrote Seamer Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
 
Chahal will next be seen playing for his IPL side Royal Challengers Bangalore, in the UAE. The tournament, which was originally scheduled to start on March 29, will be played from September 19 to November 10. UNI
