A masturbation which took this guy to the jail

This is a creeper! And yet, nobody could say that this came out of blue!

In Delhi, a 32-year old man called Tarun was arrested on Saturday for masturbating in public! Yes, you heard it right and the apparent subject of erotic provocation for this guy was a German PhD student from Jawaharlal Nehru University.

The guy allegedly began masturbating in public while looking at that German girl. She was walking her dog when this weird incident took place.

She shouted at him which prompted him to flee from the place, but the German girl managed to take a picture of his car. This information lead police to track him down from Hodel village!

However, no matter how weird this incident sounds, this, sadly, is not the first of its kind. Only recently a Mumbai woman had faced the same situation where a guy did masturbation while looking at her when she had to catch an early morning train from CST.

A clear case of sexual perversion and voyeurism, which can disgust you like hell. It can't just be a coincidence that two such events are reported so quickly, one after other, in both cases the girls showed some courage and presence of mind! 

Nobody knows for how long such creepy creatures have been existing in our society! Yuck!
