Indian Air Force (IAF) Chief, Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh, has taken social media by storm after a video of him dancing to the hit track "Hawan Karenge" surfaced online.
The clip, shared on X (formerly Twitter), has quickly gone viral, racking up thousands of views and sparking a wave of reactions.
The post was captioned: "IAF Chief Amar Preet Singh after destroying 11 Air bases and multiple fighter jets of Pakistan", which soon began trending across platforms.
The viral video comes on the heels of Operation Sindoor, India's strategic response to the Pahalgam terror attack in April, which claimed 26 lives. Launched on May 7, the four-day campaign saw the IAF strike nine terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (Pok), eliminating over 100 militants. Reports also confirmed the neutralisation of 11 air bases and several Pakistan Air Force fighter jets.
Social Media Reactions
The IAF Chief's dance was hailed as a refreshing glimpse of leadership beyond military operations. Many users called it "iconic" and a much-needed morale booster.
Others praised the moment for showing the human side of a decorated military leader, striking a chord with both troops and civilians.
One popular comment read: "When the Air Chief dances, the whole nation taps its feet."
