A shocking case of marital dispute has come to light from Uttar Pradesh’s Agra. The relationship between husband and wife turned sour due to the difference in education. The wife is a graduate and has studied in English medium, while the husband is only eighth pass and a businessman. The dispute arose over the wife's habit of speaking English. The dispute reached the family counseling centre, where the two were reconciled.
The couple got married in November 2023. The girl's father chose the man because of his business and thought that the daughter's life would be happy. But the girl was not happy with her husband's less education, which led to tension in the family. After two months, the girl returned to her parents' house and complained to the police. During counseling, the husband alleged that the wife used to insult him and his family by calling them ‘gawar’ (uncivilized) and taunted them in English.
She even did not care about the budget while shopping. After knowing the reason of the dispute, the counselor talked to the girl and made her understand that if she is educated, she should help her husband in his business and should not insult him for being less educated. After this, the couple reconciled.
